But yes it could.

There is something about your previous P3Dv4.4 setup that P3Dv4.5 has a problem with.

Just not enough information about your total P3Dv4.4 setup (hardware/ software combinations Payware/freeware etc), multiMonitor usage and performance etc .

My thought:

Run thru the debugging steps:

If no luck, uninstall your add-ons and P3Dv4.5 and then do a fresh full install of P4Dv4.5
Leave it in a default state for testing.

Edit:

I would not overclock anything while installing and testing.

i switched these 2 to false and it works
