Black-Out-Desktop

Post by Fairlight0110 »

New to the board, and I apologize if this has been answered before.
After a little Googling, I can't find out what the "Black Out Desktop" option is intended to do, other than the obvious blacking-out of the second and third monitors.
Is this particular option meant to enhance P3D performance in some way, or merely to keep the other monitors from being a distraction while flying?
Again, sorry for such a silly question.
Cheers!

Hello,

This has no impact to performance. It only applies a black background to all windows so only Prepar3D is shown on any connected display.
