[RESOLVED] vehicles not loading properly

Hello to all I am new to p3d I have version 4.5 I had to uninstall previously but been able to re-download the full game again but the vehicles are not loading properly so when I try to do a flight the game crashes to desktop, and I was wondering if somebody can help me please? I do have a couple of screen shots.
