Hey,
Yesterday when I loaded my sim it seemed to be very stutter I promptly check the FPS and I was getting between 4-8 FPS. My system usually gets anywhere from 25-80 Frames depending on loaded scenery and what 3rd party plane I am using. I updated my graphics drivers, nothing changed. I deleted my shaders folder and prepar3d.cfg file to no avail. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled P3D to no avail. Later on today I will do a full uninstall and reinstall to vanilla removing all sceneries in the scenery confit as well as removing all add-ons and let you know if that helps. If anyone can help me please write down a suggestion, I’m getting desperate at this point. My specs will be written bellow.
Thanks, Elijah.
CPU i7 8700
RAM 16 GB DDR4
GPU GTX 770 2GB
And other specs you need just ask

Re: Performance Slump Overnight P3Dv4.5HF1
Hey I had the same problem, I actually uninstall windows over the weekend and still having the same issue.
I haven´t been able to have my P3D back.
I have also noticed that Core 0 is always at 100% and the rest of the 7 cores are between 0% and 2% on ground, and while flying core 1-7 never reach over 50%.
The GPU usage never reaches over 50%.
