Spam prevention filter

Hi,

Trying to sign in to download Prepar3D v5.1 Hotfix 1 but getting error message
'Spam prevention filter failed to validate your selections. Please try again.'
Same message with Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge.
Any ideas?
