Please, please help - no answer

Post by jamessburgess »

Good afternoon
I have an issue with my licence and have described the issue in two separate emails both to the licensing address and the enquiries address but alas I have had no response. Both mails date back more than seven days.

Can someone reach out to me please?

Thanks

James

In a previous post by Kayla.
Did you read it?
Is that where you sent your e-mail to on the 19?
If so, you should have gotten an Automated e-mail response sent to you on the 19th.

@ ergenekon1969 ,

In your initial previous post you said :
"No; I did not get any response automated or other type of email."

But you actually did get the automated reply.
That is good.
The automated reply will not include a fix to your problem.

I just want to say "did not get any automated or normal mail/responce from licensing@prepar3d.com which is responsible department for kind of issue's "

As said then I contacted with enquiries@prepar3d.com and I got automated email which is meanless and does not helping my issue.

By the why Im stucked more than 10 days and hoping to rescue ...

I think ım so clear than my previous mails.

Thank you .

@ ergenekon1969 ,

The LM Staff will be able to look at all the e-mail you sent and verify what exactly went wrong.

An example is in Kayla's first post in this topic:
"We aren't able to find any emails in our inbox from you.

Did you receive any email confirming that your email had been received?

Please double check your spelling. The address for licensing is licensing@prepar3d.com"
