Can you advise if routine alerts are sent out to users of updates as may be issued from time to time?, If not how do i check I have latest and all available updates.

My version is 4.512.30293
Sim Connect Version 4.5.0.0

Would that require a full installation, this would mean uninstallation of current version is that correct?

This only involves an uninstall of your current client, and then an install of the new one.

Would this affect my add-on's etc etc and mean I would have to re-install some or all like F1 GTN 750 or scenery etc.

This will not effect your add-ons in any way, it certainly did not affect mine. Just do it according to the instructions.

I have kindreds of duplicate and in some cases triplicate files on my system all P3D related, I found these through a commercial file cleaning tool (cleaner professional) should I delete these files or delete after retaining 1 Copy only?
