P3D keeps switching monitors every time I restart my pc

I am having issues with p3d starting on the correct monitor anytime my pc is restarted. I have a 3 monitor setup and p3d randomly picks a different monitor to start up on. This normally would be a minor annoyance, but every time I try to undock the program and move it back to the primary monitor, p3d crashes to the desktop. I tried deleting the Nvidia entries in the cfg and that didnt fix it either.

Anyone know how to fix this? The Splash screen loads on the primary monitor, but then the scenerio itself jumps over to monitor 3. Undocking the screen and dragging it to monitor 1 almost always results in a CTD.

I would also like to add that when I unplug the 3rd monitor before starting p3d, the sim loads on the correct primary monitor. The monitors are setup correctly in Nvidia CP, so I am not sure why it jumps over to the third screen.
