Prepare3D SDK download error

on 5th attempt to download Prepare3D V4 SDK Setup 4.0.23.21468.msi, an error popup displayed the following error:

"The cabinet file 'cab 1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error readying from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

Can someone please help resolve this issue.
