IFLY B737 Guages Blank & Switches Don't Work

I have installed Ifly 737 on Prepar3d Version 4.3, as instructed in the set up guide. The screens are blank the switches do not work and the control column is hard over to the left.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ifly I have FSCUIPC Vers5 installed. Any ideas on the cause or a fix.
