I use Prepar V4 last Version /Win 10 system/ only flightsim Prepar V4 PC.
Trying to install VRS Tack Pack or any other addon which uses simmconnect, I got this message

confirming the installation option, I got this message

Last Message also appeares if I try prepar\redist\simconnect version
So I cannot use every addon which uses simmconnect.
Jon Blum from VRS suppose that is not a specific VRS Tack Pack Problem.
