Yeah the cloud shadows are amazing, the shaders in Lockheed Martin Prepar3d are amazing. I'll have new screenshots in coming days. Nevada is rendering off now and California is slowly getting underway as well. :)

I hate to rain on your parade but doesn't FS Earth Tiles illegally rip tiled imagery from Google, Yahoo and Bing servers in contravention of the End User License Agreements for each service?

<t>Just wondering what the chances of resample.exe being able to be upgraded to 32 bit or even 64 bit?<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> Currently it's very limited at 16 bit with a maximum of 16 bit BGL's being created (i.e. limited to 2GB) for aerial imagery. This makes the process very slow and limiting.<br...

<t>I just remembered an old bug that has been in the platform since at least FS2000.<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> Time zones in the platform are quite inaccurate in places and I haven't found anywhere in the FSxxxx SDK's about being able to generate new time zones. There was a guy who had made some patche...

<t>The other issues with TileProxy are that they break the EULA for the map servers and contravenes the agreement that companies like Digital Globe have with these online map services. They're exclusive contracts with the map services and the EULA's for them specifically state that they are only to ...

<t>Hey Dave,<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> Your post does make sense and it is very sensible. I for one appreciate the dialog.<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> For me I've found that development for P3D is a lot easier than FSX due to the blue water hue in FSX which wreaks havoc on aerial imagery.<br/> <br/> <br/> <...

<t>Market forces tend to dictate pricing structures.
