Yes I know , The fact is simple , ı tottally upgrade my pc and of course all registry has been changed or erased on that time you should contacted with prepar 3d via email and ask them renew your installation squence. Hi ; I did , Here it is automated message (just for info) is not giving any details about the problem . No; I did not get any response automated or other type of email.

Also I sent an e mail to enquiries@prepar3d.com and than I got automated response as follows but they also forwarding the issue licencing again :)
